The opportunity

The Intern will be responsible of investigate and implement automation processes in the helpdesk department, that will simplify the management and the daily tasks. Also, must investigate the emerging IA tools that can automate the process of support.
For Operation Center (NOC) will be required to investigate the existing tools that can manage the emails alerts we have, and any other emerging technology related to IA processes.

 

The role

  • Learn and deploy simple forms in Microsoft Power Automate tool for automate daily Helpdesk processes.
  • Investigation for emerging IA technologies that can automate the Helpdesk Support Process
  • Implementation of software for email management on Operation Center (NOC)

The requirements


Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills/experience:

  • Relevant course work/projects/experience in the field of interest, OR relevant leadership or community involvement experience.
  •  This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
