The opportunity

The Temporary Account Administrator will interact directly with customers to promote the brand, provide responses to queries about products and services, and will contribute to the achievement of Gildan’s sales targets by providing quality service to customers.

 

The role

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure that open orders and after-sales transactions are up-to-date and valid. 
  • Maintain and manage a detailed order file in both internal and external (customer) systems, ensuring that PO header information is accurate and up-to-date, pricing is correct, and holds are applied or removed as necessary for timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all information entered in the various applications.
  • Prioritize and address any additional customer or business requirements as they arise throughout the workday, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach.
  • Efficiently manage sample requests and marketing collateral requests.
  • Take end user calls, research, follow up and escalate queries and concerns as required. 

The requirements

•    A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
•    At least (3) years’ Customer Service experience. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Organized and goal oriented.
•    Team player.
•    Reliable.
•    Detail oriented.     
•    Excellent time management skills and the ability to act with a sense of urgency.
