Working under the supervision of the IT Telecom Manager the selected candidate will assist in the resolution of telecommunications and Networking service and equipment problems, in design and engineering changes, as well as in supporting the infrastructure group.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Maintains and supports appropriate customer service standards in resolving equipment / service problems.
Analyses current architecture and propose and implement new business requirements.
Responsible for capacity planning and performance reports of various telecommunications systems.
Contributes to improving Business Continuity development and proposes solutions to increase RTO`s including directly and indirectly responsible tasks.
Interacts with external and internal Contractors \ Vendor
Provides daily operation support for Voice, Data and Security services.
Provides after Hour support based on group rotation schedules.
Profile & Core Competencies
5 years specialized in IT Telecommunications administration or related projects implementation.
Experience in Multi-site and Multi-Country Environment.
Experience in WAN, LAN, WLAN, Firewall, SDWAN and VPN device Setup
Experience in Voice, Data and Security Telecom related Services
University in IT or similar degree or similar experience required.
CCNP, CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORKING PROFESSIONAL.
(Present ID number) or any other of the following Certifications: CCIE R&S or CCVP Voice, or Cisco Firewall Firepower Certified.
(Present ID number) English is required.
Scripting and Linux systems is a plus.
Travel Availability in/out the country, is required.
