The opportunity

In support of the Product Development Team, the Temporary Product Data Coordinator will coordinate the management and communication of all product data across all markets and segments. This position sits in the Product Department, reporting to the Supervisor, Product Data.

 

The role

  • Coordinate all aspects of product data management in support of the sales activities of SRL, including monitoring of system product data and support of sales and customer service in issues related to product data.
  • Develop regular communication with the Product Data Manager, IT and other functional areas and provide updates to management on status of various product data activities.
  • Perform various research as required in support of Product development and Marketing as required.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Services Group to populate and validate product data within Web tools.
  • Maintain and distribute customer facing Product Data Development files and related Product Data information ensuring data integrity and consistency.

The requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ IT or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a Marketing/ IT or similar environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Follow up and follow through skills.
  • Quick learner.
