The Intern will be responsible of investigate and implement automation processes in the Operation Center (NOC), and helpdesk department, using Power Automate Tools that will simplify the management and the daily tasks. Also must investigate the emerging IA tools that can automate the process of support.

The role

• Learn and deploy simple forms in Microsoft Power Automate, and integration with Microsoft Forms, Sharepoint sites, Sharepoint Lists, MS Teams, Outlook and tools around it.
• IA investigation for emerging technologies that can automate the Operation Center and Helpdesk Support Process
• Lead the Investigation for alert email management with IA for Operation Center teams, tools like: OpsGenie, Splunk ITSI, LogicMonitor or AlertOps.

The requirements

• Enrolled in a programming university program
• Programming knowledge
• This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French, mainly English.
