As a Corporate Finance intern, you will support the Corporate Finance team with the preparation of monthly deliverables and other process improvement projects. The intern candidate will have an opportunity to work with the Cost of Sales team and understand the intricacies of costing of a manufacturing company in order to build their knowledge and expertise in these fields to complement their areas of study.

The role

• Forecast Presentation Slides - update presentation tables to streamline preparation process and remove manual inputs.
• Conversion Cost Summary - preparation of Conversion Cost Summaries to streamline the review at month end of the presentations/explanations. As well as Conversion cost details for Key facilities.
• Updates to current standard templates and individual reports, to automate and consolidate information in one file - For Example: COGS Recurring Adjustments

The requirements

• Studies in Finance or related fields (accounting, commerce, economics, business administration, IT)
• Good excel knowledge (ideally VBA and macros) would be a plus
• Relevant course work/projects/experience in the field of interest, or relevant leadership or community involvement experience.
• This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French, mainly English.
