The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Global Organizational Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting global OD initiatives, including recognition program, onboarding, change management, and employee experience driven projects at a Global scale.

 

The role

  • Assist in the design and maintenance of employee experience programs.
  • Support the planning and execution of global employee recognition campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in enhancing the global onboarding program to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
  • Contribute to the development and refresh of onboarding materials, resources, and toolkits.
  • Support deployment and change management of initiatives by assisting in the development and execution of project plans.
  • Help create communication plans, key messaging, and stakeholder engagement materials.
  • Prepare presentations, communication templates, and project documentation.
  • Assist in developing reports, executive summaries, and business cases to support decision-making.
  • Provide support with project coordination, including meeting preparation and follow-ups.
  • Offer administrative and operational support for global Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement efforts.

The requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interest in organizational development and employee experience life cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a multicultural work environment or in the field of Human Resources, an asset.
  • This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French – mainly English.
