Manager, Accounts Receivable – Cash will be responsible for Cash Applications oversight. This role will establish, maintain and report metrics while training, ensuring and adhering to policies and procedures.

The role

• Managed daily Cash Applications Team operations.

• Resolved cash application issues and payment discrepancies.
• Executed month-end closing activities and reporting.

• Tracked and reported monthly operational metrics.
• Produced monthly management reports.
• Maintained customer remittance records and databases.
• Coordinated audit support for internal and external audits.
• Performed AR reconciliations.

• Processed miscellaneous billing functions.

The requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance.
• 3 - 5 years supervisory experience. 

• Knowledge and prior experience in Cash Application.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills including Excel PivotTables and Formulas (V-Lookup, etc.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.

• Experience with SAP and JDE (JD Edwards) ERP systems is highly preferred.
